Mr. Luehmann and I have had the amazing opportunity to teach a couple sessions of pre-marital counseling for some of the couples that are engaged at Urban Church, and we are loving it. We feel so inadequate yet so honored to do this, we've been reading different books, studying, and discussing ideas as we have different couples join us for the classes.

I love doing ministry with K, he is such an encouraging, wonderful, wise man. I feel like I learn too as he shares with the couples and I love to hear his point of view and how he approaches his role as a husband; I feel incredibly blessed and spoiled by God every time I am around him.

  1. Marital Counseling and education is not only necessary, but beneficial as research reveals that it will help prepare you for marriage and the long term health of your marriage. Did you know that the divorce rate of first marriages is 50%? But you can help undo that risk by attending a marital counseling course or session with those trained to conduct marital counseling.
