Pizza and aiding dates

Our sister and borther hadn't been on a proper date since Titus was born in September so while we were up there we offered to babysit so they could go out. Isn't Angie gorgeous? 

We got pizza for the girls and they enjoyed it, after we watched Narnia and went to bed while Titus played and hung out around us (not being allowed t watch TV yet he was facing Caleb the whole time). We had a great time and we heard the Button parents did too.

Dinner at Piatti

Dinner with the family at Piatti in U village. Our sister Jana works there and the food was really really good. We cannot say it enough, but spending time with family is just the best. We really wish they all lived closer to us (both my side and his side), because let's be honest trading San Diego for rainy Washington or rainy Bogota is just not smart. Move family, move to sunny CA!

Snoqualmie Falls

Norb took Caleb and I to Snoqualmie Falls and it was absolutely beautiful. I had never seen so much ice on everything, it was amazing. We walked around and took pictures, had lunch and had the best time. I felt like I was in The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe. We don't get views like those in San Diego. Thank you so much Norb, we really loved spending time with you!

Pike's place + Ballard

We walked around Pikes Place with Norb while in Seattle and went to Ballard afterward for dinner with Jarret, Heather and Linus. Such a good time. We love our friends and family.

EMP

 

While in Seattle we decided to go to the EMP and walk around. It is such a cool museum, if you are in Seattle and have not been there you must make your way there and enjoy all the different rooms and exhibitions they have. We had a blast there and I only threw up once =).

The Sticklin family

Meet the Sticklins; Jarrett, Heather, Linus and Millie. We stayed at their place our first night in Seattle and it was so nice to see them and hang out. Their baby boy Linus is 14 months old and we had not met him, so awful. He is the best baby boy, and he eats like an adult that kids. We had such a great time with them, we are grateful for good friends and cannot wait to see them again.

We flew north

 

Caleb and I flew to Seattle and had the most relaxing and wonderful 10 days up in the northwest. We visited Caleb's sister and husband in Blaine, and the nieces and nephew were there so that was really fun. We went to Vancouver BC,  we spent time in Seattle and surrounding areas and we just enjoyed being with family. 

On our way up we got the exit row and then we were hit with cold wind as we walked out of the airport. We realized we do not own the right clothes for real winter time, and we were amazed people get out of bed up there with the gloom all the time, we just wanted to stay in bed, cuddle and watch movies. 

Caleb's dad blessed us with the tickets and we are so grateful he had us come, we spent so much quality time with him and Deb, his wife. We saw our sisters and bonded a bit with our new nephew, I hung out with my sister in law and we put fun outfits together. We saw friends we hadn't seen in a while and met their baby. We just had the most wonderful time.

Vacation with family

We've been MIA for several reasons, one we were on vacation, two I am pregnant and always exhausted and three we didn't have internet for a while.

We were in Washington state visiting family and loving every second of it, we will upload pictures little by little but here are some family pictures we took. We missed Josh and Brooke though =(. Aren't the pictures gorgeous? we were all freezing and wanting to cuddle in front of a fire place with hot cocoa, but it was all worth it.
