Antonella LOVES the ocean

We went to the beach while our family was here in town, and even though we were not ready to walk into the water Antonella decided she was just going to run for it. So we took her clothes off and decided to let her jump in. She was loving it so much, she drank some salty water, she fell, she scratched her knees, but not one tear, just giggles. Also isn't her little tushy just adorable? we are those parents that let her kid run around naked for a bit haha, so bad.

This baby might be half Colombian, but the ocean is in her veins.

Feeding Giraffes

Last Friday we went to the Zoo with Pool Momma, Pool Poppa, Josh, Brooke and Ellie. We did the behind the scenes tour with them and we got a chance to feed turtle and giraffes, Antonella was having a blast!

Sometimes I forget God is so good to me. I look at the small things that seem to not fall into place and I think "where is God?" and then I see pictures of all the wonderful things we get to do, all the blessings He chooses to give us, and I feel like an ungrateful child. My Father is one that spoils me, and I complain.

Thank you Lord for blessing me with amazing family, and a fun, caring husband, a baby that enjoys every second of life and is curious to learn more and more, fun trips to the zoo and all the other details you take care of that I sometimes take for granted.

Pool Time

 

Antonella really loves going to the pool, so we try to make a trip to it as often as we can. This week we made our way there and she had a blast playing with her tennis balls in the pool. She doesn't leave those tennis balls anywhere for anything, they are her current favorite toy. Isn't she adorable? I just can't have enough of her, more so if she is with her dad being cute. Those two, too much!

An afternoon at the park

We decided to go to balboa park and spend some time at the kids park with Antonella. It's a park for older children but Antonella is so curious she had an amazing time. Park time is fun for the Luehmanns!

4th of July

This year was our first year having 4th of July not living downtown, and we wondered what we were going to do. Well turns out Pool Momma and Pool Poppa were in town for the holiday and staying in a hotel downtown, so we celebrated it where we have every year.

We had a great time and Antonella's first encounter with fireworks was a huge success, she loved them and kept clapping at them. Alayna joined us for the fireworks and then it took us about 40 minutes to get out of downtown, but it gave us a chance to chat with our friend, so it was good.

June was one fun month, it included more family visiting, Caleb and I preaching, some strange yoga, and last but not least at all A POSITIVE PREGNANCY TEST!
